This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases from https://debbiellc.com/. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which are designed to be clear and fair for both customers and the Company.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify, your item must meet all of the following:

Return request submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Item is unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Valid order number and proof of delivery provided.

Fragile items returned in original packaging (damage from improper packaging disqualifies returns).

Artisan items: Minor handcrafted variations are not defects and do not qualify for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used/opened items, including body care products with broken seals.

Fragile items without original packaging.
-
Final Sale/Clearance items (marked at time of purchase).

Personalized/custom items (if applicable).

Items returned after the 14-day window.

Items damaged due to improper use/care.
3. How to Initiate a Return (4 Steps)
A valid Return Authorization (RA) number is REQUIRED for all returns. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Email service@debbiellc.com with subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number].” Include order number, reason for return, and photos of the item/packaging.

Receive RA number and return guidelines within 24–48 business hours if eligible.

Package the item securely in original packaging and mark the RA number on the outside.

Ship via a trackable, insured method (you cover return shipping costs). We are not liable for lost/damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect and approve the return.

Refunds cover only the item’s purchase price (original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable).

For free shipping orders, standard shipping cost is deducted from the refund for full returns.

Refund posting time varies by payment provider (3–5 additional business days).
5. Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items (Our Error)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery via email (service@debbiellc.com) with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will provide a prepaid return label (if needed) and offer a full refund, free replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap items, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if unprocessed/unshipped. Email service@debbiellc.com with subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number].” Canceled orders receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
